New Stabilisation Groups starting now

We've started a new series of stabilisation groups for 2025 for current Traumaform clients.

Stabilisation is the first phase of Trauma Recovery – it helps build resilience, increases effective coping skills and brings awareness of emotion regulation strategies which can help to live more fully in the present and engaged in life with self and others.

We have recently re-started our Stabilisation groups as 6-week on-line courses looking at various topics such as Psychoeducation, Interpersonal Relationships, Assertiveness etc as well as providing the opportunity to discuss and share what works for you.

This is a closed group – that means that those interested sign up for the 6 weeks in advance, rather than dipping in and out.

There will be various handouts and themes for each session, with techniques to reduce anxiety and help to improve emotion regulation skills. These can be practised during the session with homework given. There is a structure to the groups, but enough flexibility to allow for participation, connection and sharing in a safe way. This is not a trauma processing group. The group will agree to confidentiality.

The group will be facilitated by either one or two experienced and qualified practitioners. Feel free to ask for more information if needed.

Total cost for all six sessions is £ 150.00 per person. Concessions may be available if someone is genuinely struggling.

If you are interested in joining the next stabilisation group, please reach out to us at enquiries@traumaform.hush.com or by using our contact form.
